A Will is a document that sets out what happens to your property after your death. You can make a Will at any time in your life, for example when you buy a car. There are two types of Wills – a simple Will, which names one person to inherit everything, and an intestacy (fewer than two) Will, which names no more than two people to inherit over other individuals.

According to the section2(h) of indian succesion act 1925 . the one who intended or willfully declares intention of a person to his property , which desires too take effect after his death , has been defined in Corpus Juris Secundum as A ‘Will’ .
